World Biodiversity Day is celebrated on 22 May and we celebrated it in the happiest and most appropriate way: with the first hatches!

In fact, in Bieri the eggs finally begin to hatch! As expected, the first hatches are those of eggs hatched from light chickens. We wait patiently for those in the hatching chamber and those in natural hatching.
